The condos are located in the heart of downtown Cotacachi, within a block of the main square. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants, 2 open markets, a bus station, and banks within easy walking distance. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. There is street parking just outside the condos.
All four of these high-end condos feature a modern, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living room areas, and spacious bedrooms with ample closet space. Each condo has a private Master Bathroom, and a second Full Guest Bathroom. All the condos have a television, and 10 meg internet/Wi-Fi access.
The rooftop terrace is open to all guests, with a grill, propane stove, dining area, food prep area, and lounge area - not to mention a breathtaking 360-degree view of Cotacachi and the surrounding valley!
There is also a community laundry area on the second floor with a washer and dryer, as well as a folding counter and storage space.
